Customer Service Specialist (Remote)

We are searching for proactive individuals skilled in resolving customer issues and upholding high customer satisfaction. This role focuses on handling inquiries, complaints, and interactions through live chat, aiming to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Roles: As a live chat assistant, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via live chat on a business’s website or social media platforms. Your duties will include answering questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to enhance customer service.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: This is a fully remote position, with preference given to candidates in the United States.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong capability to follow detailed instructions.
  • At least 5 hours of availability per week.
  • A reliable internet connection.

Contract Length: No fixed term.

Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours based on your availability.
