Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone, providing assistance and solutions to their inquiries.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively guide customers in making informed decisions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and guide potential customers through the purchase process.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and information in our database.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of customer service procedures and strategies.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous customer service or inside sales experience is a bonus but not required.
Location: This is a remote work position, and we prefer candidates in the United States.
Training: Comprehensive training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with no prior experience in live chat or sales.
