Customer Experience Specialist (Fully Remote, Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in our comprehensive training program and refer to our procedure manual to become a subject matter expert.
  • Provide support during weekend and evening hours, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service around the clock.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
